There are two sets of five numbers with the same amount of hits.
16, 20, 23, 32 36 have 33 hits for the year.
2, 10, 19, 28, 29 have 47 hits for the year.
There's a fair chance that one of them may produce one or two winning numbers tonite, and there's also a fair chance that either one of them could be joined by a sixth number. That'd be a rare T5 event.
If the 1 or 30 hit tonite, and 16, 20, 23, 32, 36 do not hit, then there'll be six numbers with 33 hits.
If the 4 or 6 hit toni

So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
Yes, duly noted. Thank you. Thank you for holding off on those obviously very time-sensitive observations and opinions.
Now, for the sake of clarification. It's a tool and normally one of several coordinated vectoring filters. It's a 720 number filter.
A 3 day doubles trap is just that. It begins on the 8th day and continues through the 9th and 10th day to complete. Then, Full Stop.
It's a matter of how many 10 day gaps of single number draws occur during the year. How many 1

Poll: New National Game October 19th - Will You Play?
shout-out to LottoMetro for sharing the info so far. I think he even has access to the same stuff I do!
That would be a correct assessment
Thank you for adding/repeating some interesting stuff. It should be pointed out that the lottery will be operating with a loss for the first few drawings given the sales they are projecting for the partial population to start. The number of Club prizes may in fact only increase by the minimum 2 for more draws (worse sales than expected), or may in fac

Not sure where to put this question (D3)...
This is the fascinating illusion of numbers that this game runs on. Any three numbers - forget all the low/high, 01/89, etc. - any three numbers account for 71% of the available singles boxes, and 53% of the doubles.
Hence, if you think a double's coming up following a single, you have just a hair's better chance of basing that double on one of the last single's digits, than not. But just a hair. (However, going from double to double, you have a 47% chance of the digit repeating - a hair's wo

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
After I posted my comment, I looked at the differences between the two. It's about a 4% extra return on average for lower tier prizes. I used 100 tickets as a basis, but in reality one needs to play, on average, a few hundred tickets to achieve the 4%.
I would rather see the CA Lottery achieve better lower tier prize payouts by increasing the payout rate, not by redistributing the prize fund by doubling the odds of top prizes. They could increase the payout rate a few percentage points, add m

You Will Never Win A Lottery Jackpot In Your Lifetime.
Rebecca loves this type of logic because it's the reason MM and PB both sell millions of losing tickets every drawing. MM has a possible 258,890,850 combinations and only one will be drawn. Keep on telling players to buy more tickets to improve their chances, but at least be honest ethical and tell them what those extra chances really mean.
Buying a second ticket does double the chance compared to buying one ticket, which doesn't mean much when only one of the two tickets can win against 258,

Why is the new cash option so low for MM?
You need to change your thinking. But many others also feel this way.
The cash value is not low, it's really the annuity value is high. They're playing a mind trick on you.
Not only did they boost the annuity from 26 years to 30 years, they changed from fixed to graduated payments with 5% per year increase, higher than Powerball's 4% per year increase. It's inflated for marketing purposes. And unfortunately, it works.
Again, the cash value is not low, it's the annuity value that is arti

Was that the official concession speech from Mega Millions?
Yeah, the annuity change could be most of the difference in sales. That's what gets people pumped up is the annuity JP value so pumping that up pumps up sales. Lots of players probably don't even know or care about the new matrix. But they did several changes at once, so it's hard to say which contributes more now and going forward.
- increase annuity from 26 to 30 annual payments
- change annuity payments from fixed to graduated, 5% inc per year, higher than PB 4%
- increase JP prize p
