Powerball change?Reply
I haven't looked back farther than the past 4 years but Powerball and Mega Millions matrix changes tend to take effect (sales) on a Sunday with the first drawing of the new matrix being the following drawing. Powerball 2012 changed Jan. 15 (Sun), first draw Jan. 18 (Wed), Mega Millions 2013 changed Oct. 19 (Sun), first drawn Oct. 22 (Tuesday). I'm inclined to believe it has something to do with seasonality and how the lotteries like to track sales.

Total BS....They never proved how he did it with all the checks they say they do before every drawing! Second If a system check is conducted before every drawing and must be done by a group of people who work there and there is no computer according to MSL. So again how did he do it when they never produced the video of him doing it,program which he used and why no one saw or reported a tampering to the system which is not hook up to an outside computer? APPEAL!!

How do you know when to play and when not toReply
For the pick3 game i stop playing after 3 consecutive drawings with a repeated digit on each, since i like to play a repeated digits from previous drawing. For example 387, 253, 439. Not always, but most of the time after 3 consecutive drawings with a repeated digits, the pattern tend to change. So i skip at least one drawing to see the possible trend.

Saw that too, and my first thought was there won't be a live televised drawing? Not a biggie, since PA Lottery use a RND (so there's nothing to see anyways), and many players check their tickets the following day. In the past, part of the marketing hype was the live drawing. So far, not seeing much marketing beyond the usual of how great the odds are of winning $1 million and tickets are selling fast (really, they are? -they didn't sell out last time).

Lotteries have millions of possible outcomes and only one per drawing so if the powers that be allowed maybe even hundreds to win every drawing it wouldn't be attributed to the results of some higher power but the results of some crooked men. People prefer that good results of higher powers be unique to them, if it includes good results for too many, they suspect something is foul.

I was amazed to find that information on that Florida Fantasy 5 drawing was still available. That fateful drawing in which 83 people had those numbers took place on December 5, 1994: one day after my birthday! I'm 53, now.

Trends lost and players lost...how??
On this last MM drawing, back to back number pairs were not drawn. How is it possible this trend was broken. Also, no one won the JP, why? It's been way too easy to win lately. This was a very unusual drawing indeed.
