To build a system that uses rhythmic/musical mathematics to track and analyze lottery entries and draws, you can follow a step-by-step process that combines mathematical concepts of rhythm with probability and combinatorial analysis, as well as suggesting formulas and tools for implementation. is it luckier to buy tickets on the rich side of town?
that's not a big reason, it's a minor reason. upscale grocery chains sell lottery tickets and wealthy people still buy their own groceries. the 2021 morro bay, california powerball winner bought his at a mid-to-upper tier grocery store. morro bay is hella expensive and most residents there are what we'd call rich.
i will keep rooting for stats to keep buying his tickets in the rich part of town so he can win and become a sensational lottery news story.

Maybe Michigan can hire someone trained by her to reverse the decline.
Anyway here's wishing her a great retirement

The direct answer is: people from all social classes play, but the financial impact, frequency, and motivation are profoundly different between the poorest and the wealthiest.
Here is the breakdown of how lottery consumption
