S.D. Lottery considers adding Mega Millions
The South Dakota Lottery Commission is preparing to add another lotto game. I understand multi-state games like PB and MM have to have higher odds than individual states games with lower odds. But what was wrong with 5/55 + 1/42 PB prior to January 2009, or even 5/53 + 1/42 PB prior to August 2005 with jackpot odds of 1/120 million?
