Best Lottery Software Program
Most lottery programs have a free trial period before you buy. The way to choose is try them and buy the one that works. I like LotoPro2000 because their files are updated everyday, which is important if you play several lotteries and don't update your files when you are not playing. Like most lottery programs, it's a database program which tells you which numbers has hitted the most, the least and with which numbers and etc. Like most programs it comes with a good selection of wheeling systems.

more info on Lotto South
Todd: The other potential members are all Southern states. I think the #1 purpose of this game is to allow players to try for sizeable jackpots without the impossible odds of Powerball/Big Game. As for the jackpot being hit too often, it's certainly possible, but, it means that there will be bigger rollovers when not hit. I wouldn't mind if most single-state jackpot games are replaced by multi-state games (with the exceptions of California, Texas, and maybe Florida). I also mentioned of a po

Ohio Lottery Players
RJ: Since Ohio isn't part of a multi-state game, and probably isn't about to sell tickets for one, it needs big jackpots in their 6/49, even if it means you lose with three numbers, and win just $5 by matching 4-of-7. The Hoosier Lotto (6/48) pays $3 for three numbers, and a free play for just TWO NUMBERS, because it doesn't need an occasional $100 million jackpot since they have Powerball. The new Michigan Millions 6/51 should have been modeled on Hoosier Lotto instead of your 6/49. Good luck S

Ohio Lottery Players
Todd, as you know, I live in New York, but, I follow the progress of other states' quest for big jackpots. One thing you did NOT mention is how Ohio discriminates against lump-sum winners by using a smaller cash value (15-20%) than for those who take the annuity (30 payments.) Ohio needs to join a multi-state game (any more on a proposed joint game with Pennsylvania?) There will be a Lotto South beginning shortly after Labor Day; Kentucky will have another mega-jackpot game to lure Cincinnat

Gail Howard's Lottery Software
I have her Lottery Program and her book Lottery Master Guide and in my opinion her software and methods are excellent,I basically use her program as a tool in helping me develop my own systems for playing the pick-5 or 6.I plan on upgrading to the latest version mine was bought in 1997,I also plan on buying her other wheeling software that are also upgrades, the ones that come with the program are okay but the newer ones on her site are much better.I haven't hit any major jackpots because the
