Many lottery Web sites offline
I hear you, but I don't think that was it. (The sites are up now.) That was not an error related to volume, and the Powerball site rarely succumbs to volume, even when the jackpot is at record levels. That's because it is a simple static web site, unlike something like Lottery Post, which has an enormous amount of processing that takes place for every single page view. (For this reason, it is a much more challenging task for me to make Lottery Post resistant to volume issues than it is for th

TAXES - That's all they want. Let me rephrase that - they want MORE TAXES. LoL! I don't know why they passed a law against it in the first place, didn't the Republicans wanted less Government involvement? Mmmmmm....... that's not less -- it was more. If they do repeal the law, expect taxes. Do I sound like I'm an old 33.3 record on a skip? LOL!!! Would be nice, using the CC to place a bet. Mind you I wouldn't use my bank card, but one of those reloaders that they can steal the 100. I woul

Pennsylvania Pick 3 - 4 Serious Players
Some notes for daytime draw: 01, 02, and 03 are missing front pairs since August 11, 2008; we are in a rare situation where 3 consecutive front pairs have now gone almost 9 months without being drawn. Also, bookend doubles are running a deficit the past 100 draws. Thus 010, 020 are worth considering; 030 and 037 maybe as well. 010 and 020 have not yet been drawn. 037 is due straight and boxed. 000 possibly worth consideration as well. I am still liking the 827 combo; perhaps it will exhibit a

21 Combinations
All you have done so far is speculate without proof, provided nothing but conjecture, and posted some contorted article which you may have even doctored up to suit your dubious claim of conspiracy ... it's all very weak. As far trying to deflect attention away from that by implying that I am defending GTECH that won't fly either, I'm simply looking at the historical records which in no way support your disjointed ramblings. IF (and that's a very BIG if) you could have proven any claim of

Hitting the jackpot: Rebecca Hargrove's winning strategy
Tenn. Lottery CEO says tickets seem recession-proof, help fund college educations Includes video report You may not have heard of Rebecca Paul Hargrove, but in the lottery world, she's a celebrity. The brash, hard-charging CEO of the Tennessee lottery has accomplished what nobody else has in the state-run gaming business. She ran the lottery in Illinois where sales topped $1.3 billion. Next, Hargrove moved to Florida, where she set a new record: $95 million in sales the first week.

Do you Believe Lotteries are Random?
i don't believe lotteries are random, i think they are 50% random... This is what i think....I think the lotteries like if they knew u was a super good predictor and you predicted the numbers, and let's say they come out, what i think the lottery will do is conduct more than the normal pre-test, somehow they use the pre-test drawings....Like they will record the pre-test several times on TV and use the one they like between the 3 or 4 pre-test they pre-televise, so in a way it will be sort of

Dont know if this is a good idea but surely is better than winning the lottery
While we have over 50,000 members that doesn't mean they are active members. Many of them may have joined while surfing the web they may have visited a few times and never came back. When i wrote this post there were 1306 people on-line on Lottery Post. your idea sounds good --- might look good, but may not be feasible. A person cannot operate an independent lottery. A person might be able to operate a charitable organization or form a foundation. Both of which might have to be governed buy fede

This really "burns my beans."
Yesterday, I had a chance to run to Florida. It's been the first chance I've had in almost a year. Well, I get over to my favorite circle K store just across the border and get in line to buy my favorite tickets. Well, an older guy was in front of me buying a lot of lotto and powerball tickets. I didn't mind the wait at all... But these three rude ladies came up behind me... Like I said, the guy was kinda old so it took him a few minutes to count out his money and all. Well, the ladies started t

Indiana couple wins $50,000 prize for 2nd time playing same game
An Indianapolis couple beat the odds when they claimed their second $50,000 Lucky 5 Hoosier lottery prize. Elinor and John T. Phillips of Indianapolis claimed the prize Thursday, less than five years after Elinor Phillips won $50,000 on the same game in 2004. Elinor Phillips said her heart fluttered when she heard the numbers for the Feb. 24 evening draw. Phillips said she and her husband play Lucky 5 Evening regularly. The retirees plan to use their winnings to pay down their mortga
