I can't give you the links, but I've read numerous posts regarding pretests. It seems states will provide the pretest information when someone asks for it. The important thing is for the requestor to be specific. General requests don't provide any satisfaction. The lottery doesn't get involved in guesswork. When did they win? Was it in the last 5-10 years? Well, ten years might be stretching it, I've never bothered to see how far back stories and press releases actually go. Ever looked up their name in a search engine? Are their names common? We had a couple of close calls with the D2s. There are only two days left before they will have broken a 15 year old record - 249 draws without a double 2 appearing in the New York numbers game.
