Scratch Off Theories.. Fact Or Fiction?

He says in our area (small population) he doesn't activate the $10 and $20 tickets since he says from history no one buys them.. but the state continually sends them to him. I would say that the average JP will be around 600 million, the main reason for the matrix change is that people love to play for large jackpots. I am excited about the changes and can't wait for the game to start. The overall odds of winning something is a good thing no matter how you look at it. I said If there really are two jackpots, someone is ignoring the fact one ticket can only win one jackpot and believe it or not none of the other prizes with two chances to win can't win twice either. There are, stop nagging. Something is getting lost in the translation because the game was stopped because hundreds of individual tickets had the potential to all win ONE jackpot in any one drawing and costing the state millions. but it would be better not to offer the odd or even option than to include both. You're half right because they did offer those options to encourage more play, but when they were told how much they could lose on one drawning, they stopped the game.
