anyone thought of this:ScratchOffs Syndicate
I was reading this article about lottery winners sharing their secrets: http://www.thepittsburghchannel.com/news/10913133/detail.html#
And it had me thinking, I don't think anyone has thought of this..Why don't they do Scratch-Offs Sindicate/grouping...I think they would be better off instead of going after 170 million combinations/odds like Powerball MegaMillions..

Vermont Lottery announces largest Megabucks jackpot in 14 years
The Megabucks prize for Wednesday's draw has surpassed recent record levels, with a current (annuitized) jackpot of $8,900.000. The last time the Megabucks jackpot exceeded $8.9 million was 14 years ago in July of 1993.
Between December 2006 and January 2007, Vermont had three Megabucks winners in a row, winning jackpots of $500,000, $950,000 and $4.5 million. To date, there have been 75 winning Megabucks jackpot tickets sold in Vermont since the game began in 1985.

Official Rules of the Games - PB/MM
The fact that it wasn't reported to the IRS doesn't mean it isn't taxable.
The IRS set guidelines on which gambling winnings are taxable and the state lottery commissions follow them. On the back of every lottery ticket they sell, it clearly states that winnings over $600 will be reported to the IRS and taxes will be deducted from winnings over $5000.

7-7-7 was a lucky day!!
It sounds like the only one going around lying is you.
I do not believe you are smart (the only thing you've actually proven).
I do not believe you are wealthy. Nobody who was wealthy would have the need to so viciously attack another human being in such a way.
You do not sound educated. You attack everyone and everything.
I believe the only truth here is that you are a jealous and unhappy individual.
For the record, someone who posts nothing but negativity and attacks is indeed

Two years ago, I spoke with a math professor at Indiana University. I asked him what the odds were that our 6/48 lotto game would reach a level of $28 million, given the following parameters:
1). The jackpot does not begin to roll over until after the third consecuti

After a $100 Million jackpot win, how would you deal with family?
you're welcome, I might come off as a jerk at times, my stance on charities and giving to friends and family etc etc. But I really care what happens to people and if anyone wins big on here I really want them to be prepared. I like seeing lottery success stories on tv not lottery failure stories. So I say things to get people really thinking about just what a windfall can and can not do.
I've had this happen a couple times in life. 10k once when I was younger and 70k more recently and yeah p
