Approval for online poker in D.C. seen as long shot
Congress sent a message Wednesday to D.C. officials who this week approved plans for the city lottery to offer online poker: Not so fast.
The D.C. Council on Tuesday, with little discussion and no public notice, voted 11-2 in favor of a budget amendment that would legalize online poker and fantasy sports gambling through the D.C. Lottery as a means of helping plug a $200 million budget gap.
But on Wednesday, Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah, ranking Republican on the House subcommittee that ove

Scratch off methods.
Anyone feel free to tell me their strategy, not only on scratch offs, but online draw games as well. Here is what I have had the most success with right now. I will spend $10 at a time usually, and I will purchase 2 separate $5 tickets. There are several reasons for this.
1) If I buy 4 $5 tickets, and win $20, then I have just wasted my time. Sure I broke even, and that alone is grounds for celebration sometimes, especially after a hard losing streak, but I still made no money.
2)I buy a l

Amount of Numbers Played?
Well...Jordans, I doubt you are the reason you've had no responses yet but think it's the subject. Maybe a bit touchy for some, confusing
for others and turn-offish for still others.
#1. Some players have a knack for seeing what is coming and stick with the numbers they play...that might be 1 or 2 and it might be 10.
#2. Some have their favorites and stick with them, changing them when one shows up....their mix might consist of a handful (4) to 10.
#3. Some rely on hunches, feel

Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
Adam,
No, I don't bother with the smart picks at all because I haven't found them to be really helpful or truly on target. Also, when you check some of the smart picks against her guidelines in the book, lots of times they don't even meet her criteria! You said it best in your statement above, and it was only after changing the range of games like in my example and noting the numbers where the skips were the same and seeing them come out one after the other (all the while NOT being smart pick

Winning Lottery System
You should have defined winning system .
If an algorithym won each and every time it is employed, I do not see the lottory changing a thing. They still will get 50% of every dollar wagered. The players might not be so enthusiastic about giving their money to you but that is another poll.
If the algorithym allows you to win every so often, say once a month, a few months would pass before players began to notice. Even then, lottories would only change their game when the revenue decreased.

After $10M lottery win, Mass. woman plans 'exceptional Christmas'
Debra A. Roberto, a Stoneham mother, won a $10 million grand prize the largest instant prize in America last week in the new Mega Cash game from the Massachusetts State Lottery.
She cashed in her winnings Monday, Nov. 23.
I've won a little [money] in the past, but I never even dreamed of winning this amount, she recently told the Sun. I scratch a lot of tickets, so when I scratched this one my husband said, 'Maybe now we're even.'
Her grand prize ties the record for the largest instan

Sound Familiar:
I recently had a life changing moment and feel compelled to share what I know with all the good people of the world. With this new found love of life, I am unable to ignore the trouble of my fellow man (especially here in the U.S.) and I feel I have the secret to so many peoples' problems. This system is a celebration of a skill set you can easily develop and knowledge you all ready have. I feel compelled every day

Magic 8
It's a 2if3of10 wheel in 8 lines or (10,3,2,3)=8. I checked the numbers you posted, they are a 100% not 90% 2if3 cover. It will do as well as any other randomly loaded wheel that has no connection to the game you are playing.
If you want to learn more about making it work without paying the $20 go here. The Lotto-Logix book tells how to go about making it in CoverMaster.

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
Hi All!
I thought I would chime in on my favorite game...Mega Millions!
My previous efforts were disappointing to say the least in my attempts at Mega Millions, so, I thought I would try something new.
Based upon the Pick3/Pick4 theory in the book....Ea$y Dollar$ by Issac E. Nwokogba, I'm going to apply this method of assigning weights to the numbers based upon their position in which they fell during the last 20 draws(which is a 10 week period).
The first # drawn is assigned 5 point

Illinois Senate president hopes to expand lottery
Internet sales being contemplated
Hoping to squeeze more money out of the state lottery, Illinois Senate President John Cullerton wants to sell tickets online and hire a private company to manage and market the games.
Cullerton thinks new technology and fresh ideas could help Illinois facing what could be a $9 billion hole in next year's budget dramatically boost lottery revenues.
I would venture to say you could potentially even double it, the Chicago Democrat said in a recent intervi
