In Ohio, 111 was drawn on January 11 and if people looked harder they could find where 776 or 476 was drawn on July 4 somewhere. The odds of any three digit number repeating, is 1000 to one, but if it's a fact all three digits repeat twice a year, instead of talking about pre-drawing tests, rigging and cheating, collect $635 for every dollar they bet.

Played right around 169 and they gave me the pick 4 ep any I changed the 8 to a 0 to play one of me pets exact and it was 4605 if I would have played 4685 kept the 8 in my order would have been going to Hampton Cheating again....super low payouts ...$100 off the pick 4 ep will keep the train rolling!

For starters it's obvious the drawings were rigged and only one combination had a chance of winning the jackpot. Because one ticket had the winning numbers the jackpot was lowered for the next drawing and that's is basis for the lawsuit. IMO a problem with Dawson's case is it can't be proved had the jackpot rolled without the cheating, he would be the eventual single ticket winner.
