VA Pick3 Rigged ??
Well, I had them trapped, predicted, crunched and ttt'ed. So what's the big idea? I hold in my hands a daily report for VA 3 midday time stamped at 4:04 with Saturday's draw on it. Hmmm why does it take 2 hours to post to lottery computers the draw that was suppose to take place at 1:50 (or 2:00 depending on who you listen to) on Monday? Does the VA lottery page have an explanation? Nope. Did they have to draw two or three times before they came up with a combination that wouldn't cost to much t

Are Lotteries Rigged
For the last five years i swore up and down the California lottery was rigged. Then 3 months ago a kid down the street from me won $15 Million!!! on a $3 Quick Pick! I've known the guy for 10 years and believe me, he's gangbanger, been in and out of jail all his life, never worked, and is a stone alcoholic and druggie. If it was rigged, they wouldn't have chose him. The kid comes pullin up in a brand new truck, music bumpin loud, with a beer between his legs and still wearing the Lotto winner

Are Lotteries Rigged
DrEw I don't know where you get all this information or make the claim that the lottery isn't random this topic has been discussed in detail on many threads. Use search engine to read some posts. If it's got ping pong balls it's a random drawing. RNG's is a different matter. Can and probably is fixed in such a way as to pay a percentage of the take, by reading all the bet numbers and paying out accordingly. The lottery can be rigged but it is federally mandated that is governed by government off

Are Lotteries Rigged
magamillionaire,Your definition of lottery matched mine....So....how does that in any way, shape or form negate the fact the lottery group is misleading the people into spending all this money on the Xtra game by not mentioning the fact the numbers are not drawn at random. If you want to say they are technically legal in what they are doing that's fine. But the fact remains they are purposely being deceptive and and I feel they would stand to lose lots of money if others knew how the game is act
