US House votes to kill Internet gambling
Personally, I don't mind seeing the government regulate online gambling and taxing it in some way. That would assure it would continue. They tax cigarettes and booze. These vices continue just fine because the government needs the revenue. If it were regulated, your ISP charges, home computer, lottery software, etc, would become tax write-offs. You could buy a new computer every year and write it off as a business expense. Heck, you could probably deduct some off your house payment fo

gas prices and the lottery--a poll
Actually my information is about a year or so old ...... and China only increases its consimption as time rolls forward. I understand we have plenty of oil off the west coast of Florida but Floridians are fighting tooth and nail to prevent drilling. We also need to drill in ANWAR because there are enough ecological mandates on the books to assure proper environmental protocol. I saw a picture of the area and it is nothing to look at as far as scenery so nothing would be ruined by drilling t

Read Before It's Too Late!
It's my personal belief that humans have derived by a mutation of the early apes. Either UFOS or Satan himself have seeded what we now know, as a smarter version of the original, and progression of mental capacity today. i.e. The industrial revolution, the computer age, nano-technology, Robotics by the Japanese, etc....... The brain is a remarkable machine. They have experiments with volunteers who are conscience, and have a technician gently touch parts of the brain. The hallucinations felt

ABC duped by Powerball lottery winner hoax
The media had credibility because the resources to validate their bulldung was not available. People believe that the networks didn't become biased and one sided until the internet came along. They have been that way all along. They hired people who go to the same schools they did, they hired people who think like they do, and they all hang out in the same bars and attend the same celebrations complimenting them on their performances. People now post the truth in blogs and shoot their bias

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
Todd, I just noticed that you are in New Jersey. Did you know that Smartplay is in your neighborhood? They are the company that builds most of the ball machines used by lotteries and have recently built the Origin system, which is basically an RNG. I really think if you can, you should go and talk to them about the computer process they use. I would love to check it out myself. You keep saying they are not random . The fact is they are no less random than ball machines. I believe Smartplay

SHTH's Moral Dilemmas1 The Time-traveller
Hi Everybody,I was doing some unrelated lottery research, and I came across an old story about a stockbroker who increased his initial investment of only $800, to a portfolio valued at over $350 million, in only two weeks. He obviously got busted for insider trading and claimed he was a 'time-traveller'..The funniest bits of the article come from the stocker's interrogation: All he wants is to be allowed to do is return to the future in his time craft. . However, he refuses to reveal the locatio

Former Oklahoma City Mayor Ron Norick was among those appointed by Gov. Brad Henry on Monday to serve on the new Oklahoma Education Lottery Commission.Other members included a former teacher of the year and former president of the American Bar Association. I've assembled a great, bipartisan group of Oklahomans with impeccable credentials, unquestioned integrity and a strong commitment to building a better state, Henry said. I appreciate their willingness to serve Oklahoma in pursuit of better-f

Informant reported lottery scam

There is absolutely no reason to call anyone in if an investgation is already underway. We already cant find alot of the taxpayers money here.
