I was in Michigan and bought one raffle ticket. If I go back before they re all sold out I might pick up another one. It looks like they ve sold almost 1/3 of the tickets so far. The top two prizes ($4 million and $2 million) being annuity prizes and not cash prizes seems to be a sticking point with some people I have talked to about the game but it is fine by me. Am I correct in thinking that since it is a Michigan only game it can be claimed anonymously? I also picked up some 6/47 lotto

Why is everyone acting like they don't know NCEL is stingy, and somewhat crooked. If you win a $1,000,000 scratch off in NY with all its taxes and withholdings, you get about $537, 000 and change.
