Washington, D.C. woman makes $2 million lottery claim in thematically appropriate attire
weird
DC Not anonymous/Anonymous possible via a trust or LLC. Anonymous question is not directly answered on lottery website. In the District of Columbia, specific lottery winner information is public record. However, a Powerball Jackpot win was claimed via a LLC in 2009. $48 billion over 40 years: Where California Lottery dollars go
Very well written article and an enjoyable read IMHO.
Sixteenth paragraph summed it up in a nutshell...pay players more, decrease overhead and numbers will increase which they did. Funny thing is have been watching YouTube videos about Las Vegas and how they're doing the exact opposite and folks have had enough!

Do we have to go down a rabbit hole?

Does it have to be that way?

Montana Lottery aims to prohibit bulk purchases after group takes gamble on $1.6 million jackpot
Wait, are you saying that you are in favor of wealthy buying groups swooping in and buying jackpots?
Also, you make some kind of allegation about Pick 6 games being made harder. That's not what is happening here, and it's a Pick 5 game, not Pick 6. There was literally nothing in this article about making games harder to win.

College graduate can pay off student loans with $125,000 Kentucky Lottery prize
I believe it was a joke in reference to the PB lottery winners in this article that were from KY as well. I don't believe there's any ill intent.
