Further Exploring the Relationship Between Quantum Mechanics and Luck Great choice!
After 20+ years of trying to figure out what the next draw will be, I can reach the conclusion that, although it may be possible, I am probably too dumb to figure it out.
I am trying something different with the pick 3, looking at whole combos rather than isolating columns. Rather than trying to guess the next combo to be drawn, I am rather looking at the combos that were drawn most... and their permutations. No hits yet, but only working on this angle for 12 days so far. Don't need to know

Does the size and quantity of numbers drawn in a lottery influence the bias of studies
It depends on what you believe about the numbers. Non replacement draws like the 5 white digits in power ball are different even from the 1 red ball, as that is non replacement... like a single digit in the pick 3, but with more possible outcomes.
With frequency analysis, you can take the same steps at prediction IF you isolate the non replacement draw results in sorted order and treat them as separate columns... it will result in a result that technically has the highest probability of comi

So if you find a winning formula, it's considered fraud?
An individual who can beat a game like pick 3, statistically beyond just being lucky, is engaging in fraud. That's not a system (since all systems are worthless), that's a crime. That someone is putting weighted balls in the machine or uploading a program for the RNG to choose numbers of their choosing (Eddie Tipton).
Without cheating, pick 3 is not beatable. The rolling jackpot games are beatable if the jackpot gets large enough and one has the resources to buy all the combinations.

Texas Senator threatens to defund the Texas Lottery
You aren't sounding adult about anything. Just whiny.
Nothing Texas has done should keep you from paying your bills. Your creditors aren't going to buy the excuse, Texas stopped third party couriers services so I can't pay. Not in a million years will they listen so why should we?
And With the numerous other pick 3 games you don't have a legit point. In short Texas is not stopping you from playing pick 3 or generating a revenue stream. If you are a professional and your system works you

Understanding the Pareto Method and Pick 3
The Pareto Method, also known as the 80/20 Principle, suggests that 80% of outcomes come from 20% of causes. In the lottery, this could mean that a relatively small number of combinations account for the majority of draws.
Pick 3 is a lottery game in which the player chooses three digits, usually from 0 to 9. The goal is to match the exact combination in the correct order.

TriLock Pick 4 Matrix 352 Series
This structured set of 352 combinations is designed to maximize coverage efficiency in Pick 4 draws. Instead of relying on random selection, the matrix is built to guarantee 3-digit coverage across all possible outcomes, regardless of order.
What this means in practice:
Every Pick 4 result will share at least three digits with one or more lines in the system Strong potential for consistent front 3 an

pick3 3 groups
In Pick 3 (a game with 3 digits, 0-9 in each position), many people use the concept of digit skips/delays to create filters and try to reduce the number of combinations played.
The most common system for lag groups is to divide digits into 3 categories depending on how many draws they are delayed (haven't appeared):
Short (small/recent delay) digits that appeared recently
Medium (moderate delay) digits in between
Long (large delay/hot-cold) digits that haven't appeared for a long t
