Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
what we need to do is find out the next state that plans on doing this and just really get out there and protest and raise all kinds of you know what and maybe mix the media in with it and get publicity and ignite a movement against this.all it needs is a big spark of some kind and we can get this publicized.........

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
If this were a petition to protest computerized voting, I would sign it.It's strange that we can get passionate about our lottery numbers, but not our votes. When enough elections are fixed, we wouldn't need to worry too much about the meaning of our petitions.

I went back and looked at yesterdays pick 3 number and man...we were all around it! So someone will do it tonite. And Rick..I have felt for a long time that this country needs to rise up and start a tax protest like we had back in the 70's. But we are all to comfortable or occupied. Will lakers win the series
the lakers WILL win the series, and the spurs will protest because they got eliminated. they already protested last night's game because they lost. the spurs are a spoiled team with very high expectations, and if they're expectations are not fulfilled, they get mad.

New York's Pick 10 from 1-80
Greg:Personally, I don't spend much on NY tickets these days because the NY Lottery is too bureaucratic. However, if you're in NY and want to play on-line games, I would recommend Pick-10 (even though almost nobody plays it), Quick Draw (if the proprietor hasn't shut off the lottery machine in protest of the near-total NY state smoking ban) and Take Five.

Connecticut lottery agents protest cut in commissions
More than 100 lottery agents from across the state came to Connecticut Lottery headquarters in Rocky Hill Thursday to protest a cut in ticket commissions by the Connecticut Lottery Corp.
The agents, who represent businesses ranging from small convenience stores and gas stations to delis and grocery store chains, are frustrated by an act that state legislators passed in February that cut commissions from 5 percent to 4 percent as of April 1.

Pa. spends $1.3M to date on search for lottery partner amid fierce competition for $1B contract
The hunt for a company to service the Pennsylvania Lottery's games and gaming system for the next decade has proven to be a contentious and costly venture.
Two companies are vying for 10-year lottery servicing contracts that would pay close to $1 billion or more over the life of the deal (the contracts could be extended for two to four years). It's one of the commonwealth's most lucrative long-term contracts.
The firms have engaged in a heated battle over the past year and a half as this i
