Thanks Suldor!
I've been looking up all of the information on this website and I have learned a lot.
Anyone have any advice for me? I like to spend about 20 bucks per visit to a store now and days. I tend to buy the $2, $3 and $5 scratchers most often. I almost never buy 1 or 10 dollar tickets. But after reading a bunch of posts on this website, I think i'm going to focus more on the $3 and $5 scratchers and less on the $2 tickets for a chance of a higher payout.
So, if i bring 20 buck

Man vs Machine, which do you prefer?
You got it right there!
Why do they have to use these manipulative heavy handed sales tactics of forcing you to buy something and not giving change? It just pisses me off.
I've had a lotto kiosk machine keep rejecting a valid playslip for a game I wanted to play.(I know because I later used it successfully somewhere else) But I had to choose another game because the thing don't give change!
And many times with a scratch machine, didn't see the game I wanted to play was out, or later fo

Michigan 3 & 4 digit dailys ARE manipulated...Is your state cheating
I often wondered about how business is conducted over there in Lansing, MI where the headquarters of the Michigan Lottery is located. I've had talks with other players regarding the same topic. Unless your in that circle of news on a need to know basis, good luck trying to find out.
My feelings are, just as your close to the answer, they place another bird dog on to throw you off the trail. I understand years in the past an accounting firm did judge oversite in the drawings; when pick-5, and

1212 Combination
maybe some Rush fans might play 2112 but there are other combinations that get played and had big total payouts.. 911 is commonly played, 123, 666, 711, today's date, years, etc. In nj it's pari-mutuel so if my prg. says a year is coming out I either don't play it or I put $1 expecting a reduced payout. Numbers that have been coming out frequently also would have bigger total payouts and number sets that repeat entirely on jackpot games. I don't see any evidence so far withholding any numbers.

N.C. lottery scratch tickets on sale in 15 days
Scratch-off tickets in the North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) will go on sale in 15 days, and retailers around the state are getting ready for the games to begin.
Chip King of Neb King Inc. in Person County plans to sell lottery tickets at his convenience stores. But King said he was about a week behind other stores as far as getting geared up to offer lottery tickets to customers however, since there was a small glitch in the massive application process, for his five stores.

A Kansas man who stopped to get gas and a Mega Millions lottery ticket in Kansas City, Missouri is now $50 million richer.

Post your scratch ticket results
I feel your pain....
While I haven't chased like that in a long time, I do get the itch and play more
than usual every so often. I'm not really playing more often than usual right now,
maybe a tad, but I'm doing terrible. I played two $10 Blowout tickets last night on
049 and 050 and they both lost.
I think I already posted this, but last friday I went down to the local grocery store
that just got one of the new instant ticket machines in and was going to play there.

Lottery winner recounts harassment after claiming prize
The shock of winning $21.4 million in a lottery was nothing compared to the jolts Craig Henshaw felt later.
They were not pleasant.
The story of Craig Henshaw, multi-millionaire, began one day last September when Craig Henshaw, high school teacher, went digging through his pockets for the $35 he had left to pay for some groceries. He had just enough cash to get him through the rest of the week, before the first paycheck of the new school year would come through.
He handed over the cash,

Florida Lottery sued by House over contract
Just another political battle masquerading as a lawsuit?
Florida's House of Representatives filed a lawsuit late Friday accusing the Florida Lottery of illegally signing a long-term contract for ticket sales, escalating a feud between House Speaker Richard Corcoran and Gov. Rick Scott a little more than a week before the legislative session begins.
Corcoran's decision to file the lawsuit represents a head-on confrontation with an agency overseen by Scott. In response, the governor's office
