If the lottery cannot be beaten how is it that many of us can pick 3 digits out of 10 and pin the tail on the donkey and we can do this just about everyday! I emailed several of the senators that are opposing the lottery asking them to change their mind and support the lottery. Benford's Law
Hi Friends, While researching unrelated scientific subject matter I came across an article on Benford's Law. I decided that LP should/could benefit. I see that Win D already brought this up on November 25, 2004. Of particular interest is how it can be used to determine whether a lottery is being run fairly or not.
