The regular drawing is a winner, they do a second drawing, so your original win gets canceled? Come on, that is not how it works. I've come to realize that overall winners for pick3 drawings are way down since my state has gone to a computer random generator. I believe they use the system to pick the least drawn numbers for each drawing. Just using their stats on overall winners it to me shows this. First they wait on all the tickets to be loaded into the system before they actually do the drawing then wait to release the drawn numbers to the public. It s been a little while since my last update on the number of duplicate draws for NY Take 5. That was October 12, 2024, where I wrote Yesterday's (10/11/2024) evening drawing gave us yet another 5-number match in Take 5, bringing MY total to 108 (including one triple match). 03-04-06-22-23 was previously drawn for the evening drawing on 11/23/2004. fbird, yes I wonder is it pure simple radomity, or ML states that mechanical ping pong like ball machines are used in only the daily 3 4. What the hell how could these be manipulated in each drawing..your supposition that they hide the actual drawing and do a second drawing to minimize their loss sounds possible..other than that my question is what the heck in detail is ML doing!

Most QP players check their ticket and throw in the trash when it wins nothing and system players that change their numbers every drawing probably trash their tickets too. Some play the same pet numbers in every drawing and there is always a the chance those numbers will be drawn the drawing after they stop playing them. And IMO the only down side of playing pet numbers. The odds are the same which ever method you use.
