Ca Lottery - shame on them
Did anyone see the Ca Lottery release a photo of a gentleman that won a $52 million dollar Mega Millions jackpot about a month ago? They are trying to locate the person because he hasn't come forward yet. I could see if it was coming down to the wire after 11 months and trying to get the word out but not when it was a month ago. What if he was trying to lay as low as possible and get everything straight before coming forward? I think they put his life in danger. In Ca he still has to

Iowa Lottery on the verge of revealing names of 'Shipping 20' winners
The lottery rules are if you win, your name will be released. These winners now want the lottery to change the rules for them. If the lottery didn't release any names, some would say it's rigged. Play by the rules are don't play at all.

Anyone have experience in buying the entire roll?
As a follow up to my post , I asked a few store retailers if anyone hit the $500. Or $1000 or higher prize in that particular game I was buying ( Million Dollar Scratch) ,so far NO WINNERS ON LI , NY ) people in my area gave up, bc all you get is random $ 5, $10, $20. I'm guessing the lottery is waiting to release the prizes . All,I know it was not in my rolls I purchased !

Post your scratch ticket results
Yeah I am not expecting much. Hopefully they will release another $20 ticket this month, but I doubt it. They generally wait months between$20's. I think I have $177 to cash from a few weeks ago. Will probably only play $77 max and pocket the $100 for groceries and such..

anonymous vs. public disclosure
I'm currently back in Texas and they have where you can't claim anonymously but you can request limited coverage... so they release your name and where you won and nothing else. You can choose to claim via a trust though, which pretty much hides your identity.

Mega Millionaire 'Bunky' Bartlett offers advice to winners
There are very few states that do not require that your name be release. MD, Kansas, and that new england state that takes their photo with a smiley face over their face do not. Always loved the smiley face over the face of the winner!

$500 MILLION: Mega Millions sets all-time lottery jackpot record
The curiousity is going to be so great I am afraid the retailer(s) might release the winners photo(s) from the security camera(s) before the winner even has a chance to come forward. They are notified when and that they have sold the winning ticket. Imagine being outed before you are ready holding a $600,000,000.00 ticket.........
