Hi there. Thanks for the replies.I've posted a lot of what the guy told me in various other threads. The tendencies in 3/4 of the 5 and 6 number draws for one of the numbers to repeat next draw. The near-certainty that if one does, it will hit again a few draws later. The fact certain numbers tend to run in gangs and hit in the same draws or just before and after one another. In short, it's possible, but a real pain.First off, you know how on the back of the ticket it's got all that legal mumbo jumbo about the official rules and administrative bulletins, etc? Just returned from getting my PB numbers.What a shocking trip this one has been. My initial pool of numbers was 38 numbers.My qualifying (based on number performance) method left me with only 8 numbers. First I was shocked at the few numbers. Then, as I thought on it on how and why, I could no decide on anything. How could this happen, and how do I play only 8 numbers. To Play or Not To Play.Finally I remembered Todd's wheels. There is no easy solution to this. If the pa lottery orders 10 million dollars worth of scratch off tickets and distributes them throught PA. Do the retailers pay for the tickets then sell them for the lottery. Does the lottery reimburse the retailers for any unsold tickets. What if i buy a winning top teir ticket and hold onto it until 3 weeks before the games ends. Who would know it was sold except me.
