Shlep,I do not want to discourage your campaign to complain about the new price, but I think that the only thing the lottery corporations will pay attention to is sales. If sales go down, then they will get rid of or change the $2 ticket price. If sales go up or stay level, then nothing will change. Sales speak louder than complaints. Todd, for the exact (1) digit, it has to match in the exact position. It would be too easy to win if it were 1 exact in any position. There is no such thing as 1 digit any in the game. Also, the payouts in the Daily Numbers Game (being the pick 4, pick 3 midday and pick 3 eve all in one) are all pari-mutuel. Massachusetts condensed the pick three's and four game all together.
