OMG what I find shocking is the fact that the population of Cottonwood California that won $1,220,000,000 mega millions has less than 6000 people living there I love to Root for my fellow black guys but it's not looking good only 1 percent of the population is black. Maybe a miracle lol or more likely to be struck by lightning

The thing about observed sequences is they will never draw all the combos... Mega Millions has 104 drawings per year, that is 104 drawn combos out of the millions of possibilities. Power Ball will have 156 draws per year. With 10,400 to 15,600 combos drawn in 100 years, nobody will live long enough to see every combo drawn. That is why they don't have to cheat, the odds are ridiculous enough.
