Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
ha ha... very funny cottoneyedjoe..!! It seems that YOU should've pick the name TrendSettinJoe ..for you constantly influence others to misunderstand my methods, for again, another erroneous quote attributed to me by YOU...!! You've been telling us about the stats that don't lie .. Noo,..I've been saying that Probability Math doesn't lie... and it doesn't..!, because it can't..!! I've stated that ALL Lottery Software, including Lotto Pro merely keeps track of Statistics...but that

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Well, the RFs will always come from Probability ... Lotto Pro is basically a record keeper , like most Lottery Software...it has a feature akin to QPs options ,but is adjustable.. But, like anything you wish to predict, you must get out front of the information, or anticipate its future motion.!! That's when Probability Math comes into play... Which as I've posted many times before, can be found in any good book on Probability ... Lotto Pro, or indeed ANY software merely affirms what the

New Website for CALottery...
Does anyone know which California city the jackpot winning Powerball ticket was sold for last night's drawing? The old CALottery website used to disclose the name of the store that sold the winning ticket and it's address but the new CALottery website gives zero info. I'm not sure why this information is no longer readily available. It even says in CALottery's own winner's handbook page 1: The name and location of the retailer who sold you the winning ticket, the date you won, and t

What's the Purpose of the Printed Time of Purchase on Tickets, If Drawing is 15 min to 1 hr Later?
Hey..!! No problem,.. I don't mind you asking tough questions.. It's what I'd do if I were trying to understand what someone said...ok.. Let me see if I can find the correct way to say this... The Probability Math that I explained concerning that MM drawing is the Relative Frequency for their Probability, which is different than their total pool Probability.. Your quote of the 5/39 Matrix is correct..but their Relative Frequencies will all be different as to exactly which one is coming next ...

Some mistake it for Statistics, but they aren't the same thin

Third $1 million lottery prize goes unclaimed in Michigan this year
Michigan residents apparently aren't checking their lottery tickets, as a $1 million prize went unclaimed on Thursday for the third time this year, the state lottery said. The lottery reported the ticket expired at 4:45 p.m. and was purchased at the Speedway gas station located at 10070 Highland Road in Hartland. The money now goes to the state School Aid Fund, the lottery said. In Michigan, Powerball tickets are valid for one year after the drawing date. (A list of lottery ticket expirati

Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 10th Edition
Almost to Forecast #100 I don't even know why I'm excited but I am. It feels like some dramatic climax about to happen. I'm waiting for my poor little spreadsheets to finish struggling to process my over 1,288 potential forecast. It's taking longer than the usual 30-40 minutes for some reason. However, I do see a possible 2 forecast to play. I feel like I should do something at #100. I keep a record of all of my stats and observations that I've been collecting throughout the yea

North Carolina: 9/1 - 9/30/2019
Thanks Cassie. I try to include a smaller number of combos (Top Pick $uper Picks) into my forecast to help those who are working with different budget levels. It's a lot to keep up with and help different states so I'm over here like... @GetMoneyCrew, Like most predictors who participate in the great work, there's no greater bliss than know you can beat the game. I have strategies that I've been developing for just over 10 years now but only recently have I shifted gears I'll say.

Bettor wins $2.2 million on 6-race bet at Gulfstream :-)
HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla: A bettor at Gulfstream Park turned a 20-cent, six-race wager into more than $2.2 million Friday. Someone hit Gulfstream's Rainbow 6 on Friday, the first time that the total jackpot had been claimed for that wager since July 6. To win the entire jackpot, someone must pick winners of six consecutive Rainbow 6 races and hold the only ticket that does so otherwise, much of the jackpot rolls over to the next day of racing. It wasn't immediately clear how many six-hors

What's the Purpose of the Printed Time of Purchase on Tickets, If Drawing is 15 min to 1 hr Later?
Every ticket has a unique serial number that corresponds to a record in the central database. In terms of the lottery identifying a ticket as a winner (or loser) that serial number, whether it's printed as a series of numbers or as a barcode, is the only thing that's necessary. The only sensible reason to print anything else on the ticket is for the player's benefit, so the clerk will have a redundant method of knowing how much to charge for the ticket (and one that will be accurate if they didn
