Has any one figured out that an adult can buy a ticket and give it to a minor, say their child, and it is perfectly legal? Not an uncommon event. In NJ, you can claim as a minor, just can get anything until you're legal.

OK, Tx I was wrong. But as it even said, The receiver of the gift may pay the gift tax, or a percentage of it, on the giver's behalf in the event that the giver has exceeded his/her annual personal gift tax deduction limit . And as you said the show may have had them agree to pay the taxes before receiving the car!

I believe they're a Powerball member so there would be a conflict with Lotto South. Other prospective states have requested that LS move their drawing nights to accomodate Powerball. In any event, for the foreseeable future Louisiana has ,uch more important things to deal with than a lottery.

Hi Pinback, No, she DOES NOT tell you how she comes up with the numbers and won't reveal that infomation. So I emailed her and asked what if something were to happen to her or she decided to quit, and she replied that she has been teaching the system to her son for the past couple of years.
