Hotdawg3984, Just a few questions and comment. If you're positive it's rigged why do you still play? If you really have proof of rigged lotteries (doubtful) do you think it would really be wise to expose them? Why not go after Publisher's Clearing House, college basketball or the NFL? Ty Vergie! I bet they really hate Trump now. Pennsylvania has old machines - great.. Trump said the election would be rigged, there is too much riding on this for Hillary and her band of thieves. When Trump said rigged he also focused on the media which is absolutely true. It is rigged. They talk about Hillary and put her in a good light and talk about Trump and everything he does is wrong. You have to appreciate both sides of this story. Larry Dawson wins $9 mil jackpot, but feels cheated when they disclose that the $16.5 mil jackpot won before the one he won was rigged and feels that he is entitled to that amount since he would have won $25.5 mil instead. The lottery is saying that if the $16.5 mil jackpot had not been won by fraud, it might have been won by someone else before Dawson won. As far as giving refunds for non-winning tickets.....WHY? How you prove is rigged? whenever you see in Powerball combinations that have four 6's, or four 3's, or four 2's or four 8's , etc, etc twice in less than 1 month...What do I mean? if you see the combination 6, 16, 26, 36 42 (with four 6's on it) and if you see such a combination play twice in 1 month or 2 months or 3 months, then your game is rigged.... That's my point....I am not here preaching to stop playing because I think it is rigged......We are playing to defy the odds......rigged or not. I PERSONALLY prefer to think it is rigged to produce the lowest 2nd and third prize winners and it is random in that sense. Heve you ever seen the disparity between the amount of people who win 2nd prize and the 3rd prize......you go from 5 or 6 people to at least a few hundred.......why has not a few hundred people won the 2nd prize at any one drawing?

I am going to have to agree with you on this! Computerized draws are rigged to what ever they want the number to be and the least played number. I compared the day draw winnings in PA, which is computerized, to the night draw and the day draw always has way less winners! My husband said well maybe less people play day draw?
