Thanks Cali45a we did get a winner from here 054 comb. I always said 0 follow 0, sometimes. The machine was down so I didn't play Midday I was at this Store off 152nd. at the Marathon Some Guy won 164,000 in the Store it had the winning ticket from that Store Rolling Cash Five Winner. I will do the workout in a liitle while.... 3684 384X part of the Charity number

Sorry if I did not word it right.. I am not looking for a ATM near PUBLIX...I was asking how the lottery purchase is done in Publix. Here in Burbank - CA (Los Angeles area), there is Albertsons grocery chain which has lottery dispensers. They look like ATM machine.. You put the money inside and pick the lotto you want and the machine dispenses the lottery ticket. There is no human intervention :-) Is that how it works in Publix?

I bought one of the new $5 Double Diamond Extra Play at my favorite store in the machine though and won $50! First ticket I have bought of it! Guess I will be buying more.

Wow! from a vending machine? I will be sitting on the sidelines for several draws, hopefully the PB will go over 100mil by then. I had my 3 year old son pick numbers on a $5 ticket and that produced a $10 winner...woohoo! perhaps my son has been the missing link all this time, but to be fair I also spent a total of $20 which is beyond the usual $2-3 QP wager.

On CNN right now they showed the 7/11 store in Maryland that sold the winning ticket. It was a $1 quick pick from a vending machine. Wow.

They have 2 machines at one of the places I go... I was amused to see that they had dedicated one machine to ONLY MM and the other machine was everything else (including scratch ticket purchases)

In my opinion, I only see the Powerball reaching $400 million the least. I don't know why I think this. Maybe because everytime the Jackpot is in $300 million + territory, the machine kicks out a winning ticket. However, if we do pass $300 million, expect to see the jackpot at a staggering $500 million around April. Maybe, just maybe... only if we stop producing winners at $300 million LOL.

Yes Ill buy them but they wont ever have $100 scrathers with GOOD (1 in 2) odds because clerks would buy them and there would be many poachers by the machine who jump on the next ticket if they see 2 losers in a row

Havn't bought ticks for a couple of days - was shopping at Pubix this afternoon and as I was walking out I stopped at the machine and bought ONE (1) FMC ticket and got $500 !!! See pic below.
