Here in Delaware as soon as the last top prize(s) are sold and the lottery headquarters knows it, they give the order to all the retailers to pull the rest of the unsold tickets of that particular game! No top prize left to win in that game, no more selling tickets of that game! That's the way it should be where ever there is a lottery scratch off ticket sold in the world!

The Powerball ticket was a quick-pick purchased at the Lansdowne Diner in Lansdowne, Delaware County. I wonder how many tickets were actually purchased by this group for this draw. I can't imagine 22 people only pitched in between 4 cents and a nickel to buy just a single $1.00 quick-pick.
