Is it better to quick pick or choose your own #s (PB and MM)?
yes,the person on the way home after a hard days work, just says give me a quickpick.no time to study charts, etc. and the lottery knows this.i have quickpicks going back 8 years, and every drawing i go through these quickpicks, and still haven't found more then 2 numbers on every drawing.so,i guess i'm not buying them at the right place.i would enjoy seeing some quickpicks from pennsylvania, and big states before the drawings please!

ncel runs the machines a few times before the televised drawing....so if we were expecting a number we may have missed it...i hear they run the machines 2 or 3 times before the actual drawing we see, so now u can see how a number that we would be expecting could get skipped over. what we end up seeing is the result a them running the machines a few times and then showing us the last draw instead of us seeing the actual first draw.

Pick 3 "points" system
This is very helpful in seeing which combos are likely to come up, but I was hoping for something related to individual numbers, i.e., 0-9. For example, suppose yesterday's drawing was 418. The numbers 4, 1, and 8 would each get a point, because individual numbers tend to repeat (more than 50% of the time) from one drawing to the next.

How Do I Fine Tune My Skills?
Guess what, my numbers 2342 hit again here in TX on the Pick 4 night drawing as 4232 and the Pick 3 night drawing was 432. If you remember I played these Pick 3 and Pick 4 numbers this past Sat. and won on the Pick 3. Now here it is six days later and both of sets of numbers hit together. The sad part is I had no inclination to play either of these combos. So naturally I missed out on a perfect payday.

I'm thinking of starting a lottery pool
I highly suggest a written agreement. There also needs to be an agreement among the members of the pool about separate individual purchases, and if you're the one running the pool, I suggest you NEVER buy separate tickets for yourself, at least not for the game in which the pool is for. For example, if you run a lottery pool, and Powerball is really big, say $300M, and you and 4 other people go $2 in for a $10 ticket, while you're at the store, don't buy a separate Powerball ticket soley for you

Would you be upset if you gave a lottery ticket as a gift and it was a million dollar winner?
I always buy the predictions I post, but I usually only post ten or less so they are very affordable to play. Another member once asked me that question and I saw a member signature that mentioned his pet pee was some predictors post too close to the actual drawing time. Apparently an hour before the drawing wasn't enough time for him.

When my budget gets low and I still want to play, I box 4 numbers for $2.00 each drawing, even 1 number for 50 cents a drawing and that is it. You still are playing but you can save your money too.

Ohio Lottery rings in the New Year with raffle
Some state lotteries have done that and paid out exactly what the advertised while others have extended drawing dates and/or restructured prize funds. If any state lottery can't sell half the tickets before the drawing date, somebody made a poor decision and should be fired. Once they cross the half way point and still decide to extend the date or reduce prizes, the entire lottery staff should be fired.

I am playing 678 box each drawing for 50 cents and 701 each drawing for 50 cents. NCEL is RIDICULOUS, they are not getting my money until those doubles come out!!!!

Illinois to have sun midday drawings
You would not really be playing in advance if the drawing isn't until January 10! Even buying your tickets on January 4, you are still buying tickets for the NEXT drawing.
