Coin Toss Wouldn't it be funny if Lottery Officials found a way to beat your hypothetic-make-believe-big-win-system by some mysterious way. And the drawing results actually swing in favor of the regular lottery players, not using that system, resulting in the most winners for a single drawing ever!

I knew of people in my home town who would drive 90 miles just to buy Florida lottery tickets! They do it every day. They perform pre tests and rotation of the tubes without release of their new configuration, or orientation. It's funny though...despite all those Precautions , machines will still break down when they want to. It's like trying to prevent the next airline disaster by performing mock events....WTF? YUP! ABSOLUTELY!! They're called headhunters, agents, publicists....they usually get a percentage of your salary. $40 million is a lot of moolah. $4 million would be fine with me. (I'd really be happy with $1 million cash, but everyone likes to dicker.) Pac, funny you should mention this. There are books telling people where to find grants, etc. They're all full of baloney, but one I'm thinking of sells for about $25 at Barnes Noble.
