Megamillions should counter Powerball's move by increasing the number of megaballs to make the jackpot harder to win, and decreasing the number of white balls to make it easier to win the million dollar prize. The frenzy created by the higher jackpots would more than pay for an extra 50 million dollar prizes each year - and probably even more. But the reason PB added another drawing should be obvious after reading the Lucky for Life April 26 announcement. Another factor is in some states PB is favored over MM and contributing to why PB sales for equal size jackpots are slightly higher. Have no idea why making I won't play remarks are necessary, but it's business as usual.

All the lotto type jackpots were paid by annuities and the winners, even though they had to sue, were finally given tax exemptions on their remaining payments. Oh My God!
