Thanks Mike: I'm aware they use comp draws. However, somewhere there's an alleged room with an alleged computer in it spitting out numbers at a an announced moment. Hello, yes there is a way to find out. Its kind of tricky but it's interesting. The FL Lottery has legal paperwork called Emergency Rules document . These emergency rules are a document that's submitted to Tallahassee when new game is created.
