gobsmaked completely dumbfounded, flabbergasted.
This couple is smart while being generous. They will not give it all away.
I guess this gifting is expected from winners of large jackpots.

By Todd Northrop
For just the fourth time in the Louisiana Lottery's 28-year history, the state's flagship Lotto game is being changed in August.
The biggest change lottery players may notice is that the game's minimum starting jackpot has been doubled to $500,000. A large jackpot is important when trying attract current and new players to buy a ticket.

Louisiana public education takes a toll from decreased lottery proceeds
PB and MM changing the rules for minimum jackpots and snail pace increments if not won.
Why can't people just be GRATEFUL for ANY AMOUNT of MONEY that is being offered for the Jackpot ?
It shouldn't matter if it is a $2 Million or $20 Million minimum jackpot. If $2 Million is more than you have now, then be THANKFUL for just $2 Million. Most people wouldn't even know how to manage winning a $20 Million dollar Jackpot. The desire for a larger minimum Jackpot is GREED, and GREED is a

Wisconsin 2 draws a day
I will say - besides it being a more expensive ticket for a smaller jackpot prize - it is a fun game.
With the Badger 5 being the best ticket odds at 1:169,xxx, All or Nothing is 2nd.
If they did Badger 5 at 2 draws a day those jackpots would grow really fast - I was surprised to see no one won last night - now its $143,000.

SC Lottery offers refunds for some multi-draw tickets
Understanding that people are unhappy over the changes. But, the bottom line is that sales...sales...drive the jackpots. If sales are so low that they are unable to support the $40 million jackpot, and to keep increasing the jackpot each roll by $10 million, they did the only thing they could do. They can't keep bleeding. They are a business, not a charity. And those jackpot amounts are the annuity amounts, not the cash amounts.
While I stopped playing, it's because I'm not working. But even

NYL makes like 9 billion a year. There 's always gonna be a third variable with calculations. In the end people are just lucky. My problem is with mega billion dollar jackpots. Struggling to meet the standards of wealth. It is a fool's game in the end. Everybody plays the fool, sometimes haha. Some people cant even pay rent or anything. The team here does a pretty good job if you can just connect with it. But you gotta not care. It's funny like that. You forget the game is fluid. Fluid meaning c
