Developing a winning MegaMillions System
Stew12 got a 3+0 and a 0+1 the last two times and he post his selection yesterday. I usually run my RNG to pick my numbers during the evening of the drawing and post my picks before I go and play them which is about 60-40 minutes before the drawing.

Proof you should not spend a lot of money on lottery tickets
It wasn't just 165 tickets that drawing. It had been a significant amount over 10 years. It wasn't 165 for every drawing though.

Powerball matrix change
The first Powerball drawing that includes Florida will be January 7, 2009. Is that the first drawing under the new matrix or will the change occur earlier?

North Carolina: 11/1 - 11/30/2008
I would like to respond to this one, here's the reason for the pre draws. The predraws is done to have a selection of numbers to choose from for the drawings, to be honest do you really think the drawing are live, they shoot live feeds for every drawing, when the lottery machines shuts off at night, they compile the list of numbers choose the lowest value payout from there predraw selection. Then they show that feed for your live drawing at night. Simple and easy to make everyone think the game

Tenn. Lottery CEO blames lagging sales on Powerball
I just noticed lotto plus is up to $10 million. It hasn't been won since March. (The 1st drawing) I guess because of poor ticket sales. There's no doubt in my mind if they would have kept ball drawings there would be a winner every month or so. It's a great game... The problem is the drawing and confidence in a lottery that is clearly in a downward spiral.

Pennsylvania Lottery declares 'foul' during Nov. 7 Cash 5 drawing
Um, that's not true. Problems with RNGs go undetected in many cases for months, and completely foul months of drawings at a time. There are many documented cases right here in these News pages. In this case, the system worked perfectly: A slight mechanical error that happened AFTER the ball was selected from the drum was duly noted by the lottery, and all because it is a mechanical drawing, and not bits and bytes inside a computer, a human being could easily see the drawing took place, and wh

Low Jackpots and the Economy
I play the same amount no matter what shape the economy is in.I play $2 for each Powerball (with powerplay) drawing and $1 dollar for each Mega Million drawing, for a total of $6 dollars a week.I don't care how big the jackpots grow,I spend the same amount. You only need one ticket to win.

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
The last time before the last drawing that #23 hit as MB was 10/12/07. If you didn't play it during all that time then you probably saved more than you lost by not playing it the last drawing. 50% of all MB have hit in the previous 30 drawings.
