NOW you plan to stop buying Pennsylvania tickets. After the boycott of Lucky for Life ended last week. Do you play video slots in Delaware?

PA Mix & Match Advertising
PA is advertising the heck out of the Mix Match game. I am seeing ads on quite frequently. I wonder where they are getting the advertising budget. (Delaware gets Philadelphia TV stations as it has none of its own.)

N.J. is next state to consider bad election lottery idea
Delaware has weekend primaries and fewer people turned out for them than when they were on weekdays. Are we really apathedic as a society that the government needs to bribe us to exercise our most important constitutional right?

Do you play an out-of-state lottery?
I live in Delaware and live very close to the borders of Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. I usually play Keno and Mega Millions in MD, Cash 5 and Lucky for Life in PA, and less frequently Cash 5 and sometimes Mega Millions in NJ. I exclusively and only play Powerball in DE. Occasionally I will play the other games in those states as well except for the computerized ones. I will buy scratch-offs in all of the states, but my favorites are in NJ. NJ seems to have the best odds of winning a l

Winning numbers chosen in Delaware Lottery's first raffle
I don't see anything unusual about it. That's about the same percentage of profits they make in the other games. El Gordo is unusual because it returns 70% of the money in prizes, but 50% is common for USA lotteries, regardless of game. Cash Only always complains about NY's 40% return. What's different about the raffle is not the state's profit, it's your odds of winning a million dollars (much better odds in a raffle game). (In Delaware, it's a better shot at winning $250,000.)

Weekly Raffle
I hadn't thought about that actually. It would probably only work in the larger states. Delaware and Maryland are having difficulties selling all of their raffle tickets. Pennsylvania also had some problems with it this year because 3 of the bordering states offered raffles. I am unaware of the status of New Jersey's. For the smaller states it might have to be a multi-state raffle. For example, I could see a Northeast Corridor raffle encompassing the small states of RI, CT, DE, and DC, all of
