New York $20 Scratch-Off ticket for $1 million a year for Life!
The one $1,000,000/life winner in the MA game comes from a drawing of all $1K-$25K winners (i.e. you hit one of those winners, you cash the ticket and it goes into a drawing at some point in the future for the lifetiime prize). The top instant win on this ticket is a $10,000,000 annuity ($500,000/20 yrs).

Here Is The Proof Your Lottery, Mega Millions and Powerball is Cheating You
Hi, lotterybraker I am Fairley new to the lottery post, and I read your article its very alarming to know that a company can get away with a scam like that, and for the most part go unnoticed to the public.Having all the players thinking it is a random drawing and instead a scam. Therefore, someone has to be getting paid under the table in order for this scam to continue.I realize that on this post alone there is excellent people who do fairly well predictions, but not one of those predictions have

Let's say I'm going to play today's midday. I'll use last night's winning number to add to the list for today's midday. To play tonight's drawing, I'll use today's midday winning number for tonight's drawing. You can go from eve to eve or mid to mid. It's up to you. I just prefer to go from mid to eve to mid to eve to mid to eve...and so on..

New Powerball / Mega Millions Survey
I run a powerball pool of a group of 18 at work. Collecting money is definitely a pain, but we have a website up and are integrating an electronic payment recipt (keep paid users in the database). If you're payment isn't in before the drawing, you won't get a timestamped electronic payment recipt, and you are not in for the drawing. I'm not going to be running around to 18 people collecting money. Hopefully it would be enough to hold up in court, ha.

Powerball lottery jackpot reaches $102 million
N.C. player wins $800,000 Power Play prize
The jackpot in America's Game is growing. With no winner of Saturday's $92 million jackpot, the top prize in Wednesday's drawing is now $102 million.
Even though the grand prize was not awarded Saturday evening, 1 lucky ticket in North Carolina purchased with the Power Play option matched all 5 white numbers and won an $800,000 cash prize.
Four tickets additional tickets from the states of Connecticut, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee, pur

Powerball lottery jackpot raised to $92 million
Even though the grand prize was not hit after the Wednesday evening drawing, Powerball generated some big winners.
Four tickets sold in the Wednesday drawing won $200,000 by matching the first 5 white ball numbers: 2 in Minnesota, 1 in Missouri, and 1 in Oregon.
The jackpot for the Saturday, September 6th Powerball drawing is an estimated $92 million with a cash option of $46.3 million.
The numbers drawn Wednesday evening were 38, 40, 46, 49, 50, and the Powerball was 34.

Pre-test draw results, Do we Have the right to know what they were?
Some people may disagree, but I think all lotteries should publish their predraw data, even if it is published after the official drawing.
The reason is that predraws are conducted in order to determine that the machines are properly drawing random numbered balls from the machine, or in the case of a computerized drawing, that the random number generator's patterns are not too predictable. (That last part was a little tongue-in-cheek, although technically it is accurate for many state RNGs.)

Pre-test draw results, Do we Have the right to know what they were?
Tracking history is for all intensive purposes is the actual numbers they drew. Not the pre draws.
If states were to post the pre draws at what time would you like to see the results. If they are doing the pre draws an hour before the drawing and up to the last few minutes be for the drawing how is knowing the results going to help you determine the outcome of a random drawing. In time enough for you to figure out what digits to play.
They don't use the same balls for every drawing.

What Happened to Oklahoma??
Anyone have any idea what happened to Oklahoma's Pick-3 drawing for sunday evening? They draw at 10:00pm and always have the number updated within 10-15 minutes. As of now I have seen nothing anywhere indicating that they even had a drawing tonight.....
