How about this as a system?
@kjs703: The hand-picked numbers will have better odds, but without knowing the game you're referring to, and how many numbers are on the no-match tickets (this will actually vary from drawing to drawing), we can't tell you what the new-and-improved odds are.

Same Mega Ball three drawings in a row...
The places you're buying your ticket are making a decision to stop selling tickets an hour before the drawing because in Ohio at 24hrs service stations I have bought MegaMillions tickets at 10:45 PM, 15 minutes before the drawing and the clerks have told me I still had plenty of time but I've never taken the chance.

Tenn. proposal for real lottery drawings withdrawn
I wrote and complained numerous times about the computerized drawing to the Governor and other state officials. I will no longer invest my money in the Tennessee Lottery unless they returned to the mechanical ball drawing. Unfortunately I cannot control the actions of others to do the same. I'm sure Rebecca Paul-Hargrove had some influence in this as well. She is a parasite who has made a fortune raping and pillaging the lottery system everywhere she goes.

Here's the first part of my system that I've been talking about.
That's an interesting interpretation. Define a normal drawing, create a data base of only those drawings and play to win when a normal drawing occurs.

Tennessee computerized drawing
Here we go again with the repeats. Midday today 460 fell and on last Friday, April 4th 046 fell. Should we stick this 046, 460 like 077, 707 combinations?

North Carolina 4/1 - 4/30
Might as well make those numbers for the evening drawing. N.C. doesn't have a midday drawing on Sundays. The Southern Babtist still have some input in North Carolina.

Tenn. lawmakers want to force lottery to drop computer draws
Do you think the lotteries just go down to Best Buy and pick up a copy of RNG for Lotto and then leave it running (with all default settings unchanged), only drawing a set of numbers when they need one for a real drawing? If it's good RNG program, the only way to predict the numbers would be to exactly replicate all of the conditions required for the generation of the drawing. Each drawing will be a unique event using a new seed, and there won't be any next result to predict. That the numbers mi

Powerball 10x promotion starts Wednesday
Starting Wednesday, April 2, 2008, all Powerball states will be offering Powerball players the chance to multiply non-jackpot prizes by 10.
During April, the game's Power Play feature, which multiplies non-jackpot prizes between two and five times, depending on the Power Play number drawn, will include a multiplier of 10.
If 10 were drawn as that evening's multiplier, a player holding a $200,000 prize-winning ticket for that specific drawing would win $2 million if the wager includes Powe

I'll never win any Jackpot
To explain a little bit about priority.
If you played 5 top priority numbers in one line, you will be matching at least 1 number almost every drawing. When you should be matching every 11 drawing(or so)
For example, for PB 3/29/08 18-20-25-31-36, why did 20 repeat from the previous drawing?
You can say repeats are due. But statistically the first position have been pushed down below other positions IE it is due. Due because numbers in the first position has a high priority than say secon
