$625 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot soars on rollover
I definitely believe that the more numbers 31 and lower that are drawn, the more likely a large pot will be claimed and split amongst multiple winners. Tons of people who manually pick out numbers randomly are going to include numbers 1-31 both because they feel like having only 32+ is unlikely. Also, significant dates, which often form people's lucky numbers are going to require at least one of these number. 7, or any number ending in 7 is going to be more likely to be chosen by players

Virginia woman wins $150,000 lottery payout in one Pick 4 drawing
Virginia had lots of pick-4 winners playing the same combo multiple times. In August 2017 Wayne Roles won $160,000 by playing the same number straight 32 times and in November of that year Robert Buckner won $100,000 betting $20 on the same combo. A North Carolina player won over $500,000 in less than a year. There are many stories in other states about players betting the same pick-4 combo multiple times and winning. What you seldom read is how much each of these players spend every day. The NC

Are people waiting for a big billion-dollar jackpot for PB?
Frenzy, mania occurs with big jackpots. I have seen people at the ATM getting $1,500.00 for 50 Thirty Dollar tickets. 500 quick picks with Powerplay. The clerk counts the money, programs the terminal to print the tickets. Large orders, there's a progress indicator with a grey bar that moves to 100%. The sound of the printer continuously printing those large orders sticks in my brain. I have seen people playing $1,000.00 on Lotto.

Winner of $1.5 billion Mega Millions jackpot has come forward
IDK if it is true, but several of us have commented over the years one commonality. All those listed are coastal states. I might add four of your list are densely populated. Maybe more players=more winners? As for the Powerball full jackpots, Indiana still ranks highest, so that blows the aforementioned theory out the window. Still have tickets from them until EOM. Sorry shouldn't use Military acronyms, you know they stick with you. EOM=End of Month. Go US Army!!

Win or rollover for PB drawing
Ever since the jackpots started going low I lost interest in the lotto. But maybe I'll take my chance soon. The question is--win or rollover for Powerball jackpot? Be as honest as you can and vote here. I mean MM had one-- will lightning strike twice?

Florida man claims $15.5M Lotto jackpot
There are a lot of Patel's in this country Patel is a common name in India like Smith, Jones, Brown, etc. Lots of stores all over the country are owned in operated by members of the Patel family and most of their stores have lottery terminals. What gives ? You answered your own question; I don't know which last name in the U.S. has won the most $1 million jackpots, but I'll bet it's a common name.

What ever happened to Tntea?
Many people left with more knowledge of playing and many systems to use. The site has a ton of systems and great ideas. They don't need to listen to the nonsense of people constantly asking for predictions etc. So, as a result they leave. They have what they need. Its a no brainer. Probably nothing to do with jackpots. I know of a few long time members who contribute for awhile and then they leave when they grow tired of the nonsense.

What ever happened to Tntea?
oate, Having won a jackpot is not the only reason people leave. Considering how many people have left there just aren't that many jackpots hit.

us powerball
Assuming you were running a lottery to maximize profit that might not be a good strategy. Not that the typical lottery player is using good logic in their playing, but bigger jackpots mean bigger sales. For the last MM run sales for the $548 million jackpot were about $116 million. For the advertised jackpot of $1.6 billion sales jumped to almost $740 million. That's three times as much money for the jackpot but more than 6 times as much sales income. If your advertising makes people realize

Did Mega Millions take Powerball's crown?
but I'm wondering if the recent $1.5 billion jackpot has changed that. The two lotteries' sales and jackpot increments have behaved similarly since the 2017 price and matrix changes to MM, which essentially rendered them identical lotteries. I can't even remember if it was MM or PB that had the last billy jackpot, and I bet a lot of other players can't either. They just look at the numbers glowing on the lottery signage and the buy the one that has the higher number. Having such similar matri
