How to code a lotto program and best programs for lotto programming.
RJOH
If your programs will compile using QB 4.5 then they will run on QB-64. Even your GW code should
take very little tweeking to convert to qb-64. I still perfer to use QB-64 for lottery programming and
you can copy the DLL's to your system32/64 folder and then the compiled programs run from anywhere
on your PC. QB-64 was designed to be compatable with QB45 coding and if you decide to give it a try I
suggest the SDL version 0.924. I use a little bit of everything but like I said

$400 MILLION: Powerball jackpot skyrockets
No. Regardless of what the cash value percentage is, the annuity option always poses fundamental problems if you were to take it: You're betting on the fact that you'll live out those 26 (MM) or 30 (PB) years that the MUSL pays out to you and if interest rates will be in your favor at the end of the last payment.
It's not a matter of you not receiving your entire winnings if you die; the MUSL will pay it out to your estate as RJoh mentions, but it won't be in a one time lump sum as they'll c

Can math and logic improve chances of winning a jackpot?
If you use mathematics and logic, you don't play the lottery, but you buy a garden and plant fruit trees and vegetables. You would keep chickens and rabbits. You would exchange eggs against a woolen pullover. Probably you would look for water in the ground and try to get energy out of the wind and the sunshine. Your car would be running on water or you would just walk and use a bicycle.
The sales declined heavily before they shut down TAON. I received a message that they would start drawing a

Can math and logic improve chances of winning a jackpot?
I'll have to agree with ya Ronnie. And like RJ said, it's what we see when we work on seeing what can be next.
I don't see how anyone can set and tell another that their idea or way of doing anything is wrong or not possible. If we are seeing the results that we do, and know that what we are seeing is true, then we don't really have to prove it to anyone else. I mean, the ones that are doing the work aren't usualy being inspected as to what or how they are doing it.
You've seen that you ca

Can math and logic improve chances of winning a jackpot?
Hi RJOH !
After all these years ......we all know where your heart is that's for sure.
I have won enough in one or more Actions of playing Pick 3 traps to qualify for what the average player would consider a jackpot. Some ...including me, believe that 500 smackers for a buck ......a good jackpot. LOL
You are in a real nest of Pick 3'ers you know.
My belief is... if you can't math and logic through that little game .....you will never do it on the Big ones.
Seriously, if the

649 formula
It's difficult because it's an insufficient and misleading statement.
What is so difficult about answering a question
Is there away to calculate the average number of games it would take for all the numbers from 1 to 49 to appear over the history of a 649 game or do you have to run down through the history 1 game at a time to check how long it takes.
with You'll never get an exact number because some number have gone 50, 60, or more drawings without being drawn and giving a ball par

649 formula
RJOh,
For anyone who's interested, 958 completed cycles of 49 numbers appearing could be counted in the 997 drawings of Ohio Classic Lotto that varies from 19 to 65 drawings. Below are those results
It looks like the Ohio Classic is in the Ballpark with my random number generator.
I double checked my code, ran it for 20,000 iterations, and got:
Low Mean Median High Std Dev
14 35.2 34 116 9.6
Which menas that about 95% of the time it's going to fall between 16 and

Game Number
Probably true on that RJOH. It's really a good question how each state number their games when they join the larger games like Piwerball and MegaMillions. Do they start their numbering with one or start with the curent draw number?
Same when the state reconfigures a game.
Might have to look into that.

Should a winning system be posted on the LP?
Stack47,
Above, I said, This would lead many to [mistakenly?] conclude that systems were the official's interest.
Your response was, I never reached that conclusion and maybe because I'm not paranoid.
You must have been in quite a hurry posting this because you missed BOTH of my boldfaced requests to refer to the P.S. at the end. Since by inference you are calling OnlyMoney and MillionsWanted paranoid, after checking out this P.S. you might agree you owe them an apology. You see, they
