Would They Pay It? Can They Pay It?
Here's a little food for thought with regard to C4L payouts...
If I played the same line five times with the same Cashball and I matched all six numbers, theoretically the lump sum payout would be 35 million dollars. (7 million per line) But I doubt they could cover that amount as they probably dont have that much money set aside in the prize pool. So it's very likely they'd pay far less than that, but who knows how much they'd be willing to pay!!
Now... what if I didn't take the lump sum

Would They Pay It? Can They Pay It?
I buy five identical lines on one PB ticket and I add The PowerPlay. My ticket costs a total of $15. I do it because if I matched the first five numbers (that didn't happen last night) theoretically I could win $10,000,000. (2 million for each of my five lines)
The ten million dollar question is; Would they pay it? Can they even pay it? I dont know if The New York Lottery even can or would pay it.
Personally, I think the answer is - It depends . It would depend upon the amount of money in

Where do you go to buy your tickets?
I used to once have a similar problem with the Pwrball play slips,.. being that Lotto Pro would fill in the numbers on the slips when printing...
but later on found out that what was creating the error with the terminals reading my slips, was the totally complete inking of the number slots, til the terminal reader couldn't tell whether the mark was an overflow from the adjacent number slots or not... so, decreasing the size of the printer's marking, solved the problem..
But I'd favor the

Inside look at the mysterious booklet every Australian lottery jackpot winner receives
In New Zealand, any winnings are tax free.
You pay the government its share (tax) when you buy the ticket (12 cents on every dollar spent for Lotto .).
Profits (It being a government run lottery) are distributed to various 'deserving organizations (22 cents on every dollar. 55cents on every dollar goes to the prize pool.
I believe this is the same for Australia, UK, and just about everywhere where they don't tax winnings...
NB: Australia has a Federal system... Not every state has

Pa. Lottery blames growth of skill games, lack of big jackpots for drop in profits
I'm not a huge gambler, but I'll play if the draw games get big or if I have a few extra dollars, I'll buy scratch-offs. I've never touched Keno, Xpress Sports, etc. For me, skill games are something I have no idea about where/how to play. I would say I'm probably on the typical spectrum for a casual player. My lottery activity has dropped off over the years, because of some decisions that PA has made that affect the lottery:
1. State and Local taxes - enacting this, (particularly on annui

Question about MM/PB 2nd Prize amount
The New York Lottery website doesn't say the prize for matching five numbers without the bonus is an annuity or payments. And neither does the Powerball website, but trust me, it's a cash payout with 24% Federal taxes withheld and possible state taxes depending where you live or the state where you buy the tickets.
From the Mega Millions site:
If you are a Mega Millions jackpot winner, you will have the choice of a Cash Option or an Annual Payout. Annuity option: Provides for an initial an

For the third time, here we go.
I just wanted to say that I'm glad I found this forum to learn from and share with my fellow pick 3 fanatics. The money is great, but we are playing for the hunt .
Here's a suggestion for you guys n gals. Online you can buy 10-sided dice. Buy 3 of them. I've learned a great deal about the true nature of randomness regarding pick 3 draws. It has also helped ease the pain of losses because of draws that seem to be nothing short of skullduggery , like earlier t

Rigged Cash 3&cash 4 numbers today.Cash 3 was 658 and cash 4 was 6558?
I'm sorry,.. I forgot to answer your last question...
Would you and I agree that the lottery needs to make sure it's games are not predictable?
It only makes practical Business sense , in THIS case to try to achieve unpredictability... But in reality, there can NEVER be such a Game... you know why?
Because the rules of any Game starts with a limited pool of numbers... so as long as Math remains unlimited ... It will ALWAYS decipher, conquer, govern anything that is limited..!! ..It's
