did you play the raffle in your state?
I thought I would get on that a month ago. I wasn't strongly interested but seeing the date for the drawing, I became strongerly interested today but only if I win some money on PB before the drawing - if it is not already too late to buy tickets.

When do you buy your QP's?
i would prefer to buy my tickets an hour before theystop selling them the night of the drawing but im worried that the machines will all shut down or something crazy like that so i just try to but my tickets around lunchtime the day of the drawing.

Conspiracy Theory ??
while i didn't see that particular drawing there was talk about it on lottery post when it happened.
Many states have live drawings some of them 2 times a day, sooner or later there are going to be slip ups. here in Maryland we have a different TV station doing the drawings, almost every day for the last week or two they have flubbed the drawing either the camera isn't on the balls or they are miscuing their drawing. While i find it disturbing i don't think it a conspiracy. I feel it's just

Conspiracy Theory ??
They do have several rehearsals for each drawing. They also have a random drawing for one of the seven sets of machines that they are going to use for that draw. I also think they have started manipulating the drawings. Pick3man

If I reduce the MM or PB number pool by half and play 3o2e/3e2o...(?)
The odds that any one number will turn up in a PB drawing are 5 in 55. That means there's about a 9% chance that the first number from the previous drawing will repeat. It also means there's about a 9% chance that the second number will repeat. Ditto for numbers 3, 4 5. Add it up and there's better than a 45% chance that one of the numbers will repeat. That's close enough to call it 50/50 when discussing it in general terms.

Damn, I keep putting all the right numbers on the wrong lines...
The last 2 MM drawings I have been off by a mile. But hey, I keep on truckin! I'll get it. The last powerball drawing I had 4 of the numbers in my number pool of about 24 hit. I didn't get up to Philly to play though for that drawing.

If Your State Pre-Test's its Draws List it here
I gonna jump back in this thread again. When they select the balls for the various drawings and run pre tests. It will do nothing for you to have at that information. The main reason is they rarely use the same balls from drawing to drawing. They aren't going to tell you which ball sets they are using for a particular drawing. If they rotate the ball sets for every draw. By the end of the month you would be left with hundreds of pre test results that will in no way help you determine a winner.

Would you go For Humans to draw the Balls?
They already sort of do human drawings in PA - they have I think an older Pennsylvanian to draw the # of the ball SET to be used in the drawing. And I HAVE SEEN (no lie) in a nj drawing a few years ago and more than once, where a draw machine on the Cash 5 was malfunctioning and the hostess reached her hand into the machine (looking the other direction) and picked out the last ball!

Four contenders will vie for winning lottery ticket in court
I could NEVER see myself handomg back lottery tickets before the drawing. I'd have to live with it for the rest of my life if I gave a winning ticket back to the clerk before a drawing. Thats just nuts.
