mirror states
I am going with Delaware as a mirror state for PA, in just a few days I witnessed a jump from PA eve to DE eve of a straight vtrac (not a straight number, but a straight vtrac, which would have produced a hit playing just the vtrac string numbers ($8 to win whatever DE pays for $1st. bet--$7 if you eliminate the actual number that gave the v-trac). I am still looking to see some jumps the other way, looks like PA is a good source for DE players tho!I plan on a major bactest of strings to see if

Is it worth going to an anonymous state?
Don't you have to pay taxes in your home state, even if the state where you bought the winning ticket does not tax non-residents? I am relatively sure that is how it goes. You need to claim your out-of-state wins here in PA and get taxed on them... PA is only jackpot state and local tax free for PA residents. If ever I do win, I will attempt the trust route right here in PA... it has been done with success in the past (in powerball, to boot!).IF, however I should stumble onto a repeatable system

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
We can land a man on the moon. We can make a missile hit a target the size of a dime from a thousand miles away. And yes, Virginia, we can rig a lottery through computerized drawings. Yes, there ARE software programs and computers powerful enough in the year 2005! that can scan all the combinations players selected in the half hour BEFORE the drawing to make sure the WINNING combination selected does NOT match any of what the PLAYERS selected. How can there not be in this day and age?I'm person

your favorite state lottery
Mmmm, This is a hard one for me, because I'm a gambler, I love to take a chance. I've lived in Calif when it started it's lottery. I lived in Las Vegas for 7 yrs and drove to Arizona twice a month to play Powerball (150 miles round trip). Now I live in Delaware and I play still play PB. I also play MM in Maryland and drive 40 miles round trip for those tickets! Oh yeah I almost forgot, I'll drive to the DE, NJ stateline and buy MM tickets for the really big jackpots, just to make sure if I hit i

Why so much greed?
Yes, I'm the guy who set up the computerized drawings petition, and we all need to rally around two things:Hold the line: No more states fall victim to computerized drawings. In addition, for all new lotteries, like Oklahoma and North Caolina, we must ensure that they go with real lottery drawings from day 1. I am happy to say that since day 1 of the petition, not one state has converted to computerized drawings. We must all be vigilant, and not let this ever happen!Roll them back: Get states

Remaining anonymous if you win jackpot?
I am relatively sure that after a brief conversation when I show up in lottery headquarters in a stop outsourcing America t-shirt... they will honor the anonymity olive branch I set forth with the personal property trust. If they are smart, I won't even get the 10 minutes... just a check and a maybe handshake... with no photos.delaware has the right idea. I think it is a useless risk to publicise winners. even with a personal property trust I would still not trust a lawyer to claim it. I would
