The problem with having security is that you have to trust them with too much information. Part of the validation process is in verifying that the winning ticket was bought at the store that had the winning ticket, so the lottery has to have that information available. Well, the 06 was a HOT Pair that was listed as a participant when 419 Hits. It just wasn't on MY radar. I give up trying to post this as easy to read. Thank you for your email. The drawings for the Daily Numbers and Win 4 games are held at New York Lottery headquarters in Schenectady. There are 20 ballsets (10 for Midday drawings and 10 for Eveningdrawings) in rotation for a one month period.
