Group Buy-In vs. Computerized Drawing
A group of friends from my local pub want me to join them in buying in for Delaware's unusually high (cough) jackpot of $126K all cash Multi-Win Lotto. It is a computerized game, and we all know about how Delaware's lottery is in question. What should I do?

Mega Millions Drawing Video Glitch
I happened to be checking out the Mega Millions drawing video from last night, and noticed a strange glitch. At 8 seconds into the video the screen went black for one second, and in the 9th second of the video it showed the superimposed text, SELECT WHITE BALLS, 3, (:10) . I'm not exactly sure what that means probably an error by the person working the video control board. I was able to save a screen grab: Anyone who wants to check out the video for themselves can go to http://www

Fixed Lotteries
if they were fixed you'd never know it you couldn't prove it and you couldn't do anything about it. State lotteries don't need to fix their games. this topic has been hashed to death here on lottery post in the past . today's ball drawings have almost as much security going on behind the scenes as they do in a bank vault. If you are concerned about your states lottery drawing why not pay them a visit and take the tour most states allow you to view the drawing and procedures you can get

PA should get one of these
Someone please explain, for Pennsylvania... I don't understand how does the Midday have anything to do with the Evening drawing, being the Midday is (cringe) computerized and the Evening drawing is not. If there is at least a theory about how an electronic RNG ties in with a separate ping-pong ball machine please tell us if you could. It would only make sense if somehow the Midday is fixed based on the Evening instead of being random, not the other way around.

IL Green Ball
IL players don't forget if you play in the state that the Green Ball Double Draw started today thru the 31st. If the Green Ball is drawn there will be a second pick 3 drawing for a second chance to win. On-line players, remember that the on-line places do not pay for the second drawing.

Ohio Rolling Cash 5 Number Strategy
After reviewing the patterns generated by the StatPath 5 Lotto System it looked like after the 07/27/2006 drawing their were 3-numbers on the left (11-35-08) and 2-numbers on the right (23-14) would be a good time to bet on the Lower Tier numbers in anticipation of 3 or more numbers being Drawn from that Tier Group in the 07/28/2006 Drawing.

MA Doesn't Televise Ca$h Winfall drawings.
I just watched the winning Ca$h Winfall numbers on TV, but there was no drawing. They just announced the results. No drawing. I checked the MA Lottery website, and they say that all of their drawings are done with a ball machine. Does Todd know about this?

Ohio Pick 5 Number Strategy
LottoVantage, Thank You for your reply! I was thinking that Graph #1 information was used to update Graph #2 in preparation for the drawing on 06/15/2006. After the drawing on 06/15/2006 Graph #1 would be updated with the appropriate draw information from the 06/15/2006 drawing (Graph #3) and then Graph #3 would be used to update Graph #2 in preparation for the 06/16/2006 Drawing. My other question is: How do you determine which numbers are Hot and which numbers are Cold? Regards, Rave

Ohio Pick 5 Number Strategy
The average draw line is located mid range between the upper 20 numbers, and the lower 19 numbers, seperating the upper tier group from the lower tier group. The reason for it's particular discription is because it is located within the average draw group of numbers, (10). The average draw is arrived at by setting the drawing cut off at (78), exactly twice the amount of numbers within the drawing pool. Add up all the hits over a 78 draw period, (390), divide this sum by (39), (the amount o

Why Western States Win So Often
I'm not sure that makes much sense. Even though the west coast is 3 hours behind the east coast, events like lottery drawings happen at the same instant. It's not like the drawing occurs at 8:00, and then there is a time warp and the west coast sees the same drawing 3 hours later. To be honest, I've read through your post a few times, and I can't figure out what kind of sequence of events and time travel would make it possible.
