makes sense, 120 base set. now I think we have to multiply that set number, by the number of combinations in that set. 012 011 000 021 101 102 110 120 201 210 the 6 way box the 3 way box 1 way 120X6=720 90X3=270 10x1=10 720+270+10= 1000 odds of winning 1:1000 (to hit a straight that is) I got it now. Any system, theory or strategy is good as long as it beats the odds. Now having said that let s look at the Pick-3 game, overall playing over a period of time you can argue that the odds are 50/50. Many states base their payout on this basis, for every dollar they take in they pay out half in wins and keep half. As per observation maybe we can make this one into an excel file: The most recent draw was 852. For the formula that means that alpha = 8 beta = 5 gamma = 2 This should be the base line number arrangement GAMMA ALPHA BETA: x x x - 3rd line x x x - 2nd line 2 8 5 - Base line number then simply add 333 to base line to get the 2nd line of numbers then subtract 111 to the second line to have the 3rd line..
