This whole story makes me wonder what else is out there just waiting to be discovered? There are so many RNG games now, and I am sure Tipton isn't the first to have the idea and the skills to make this fraud happen. Maybe others are just less greedy or smart enough not to get caught? I think lotteries are going to have to start monitoring the financials of their employees that have access to RNG systems and especially look at anyone who quit or retired early.

I'm always worried if I do that, then I'll be guilty of fraud, perhaps even some interstate crime. (some guys back in school got in big-time trouble for signing a teacher up for hundreds of magazine subscriptions - this was pre-Internet as we know it today, but it still freaked me out. ) What I do instead is save up the addresses and post a few under some posts in my own blog. I make the text white so they're invisible against the white background where it looks like this: spammer@someaddy.com .

What I don't understand is the low payouts! And I've actually wrote and ask why so low! The answer was basically we don't have enough people that play cash 3 and 4 like other states! That's bs!! Go back and look at just the one daily drawing when it first began, it would pay out daily as much as it does all week back then! Even though I've had good luck this month! Someone needs to check Tennessee lottery Corp out for fraud on its players!

I am abivalent about this, on one hand I understand the desire for anonymity, but on the other hand there are legitimate circumstances where hiding the winner's identity could lead to someone getting away with fraud.
