Need Help with Lottery Statistic Analyser v 6.06
I have no idea what the problem might be, I still use Windows XP and I have my own problems with it sometimes.
On WinXP I am signed in as Administrator always that means that on WinXP all that I ever do, I do as an administrator and that makes for fewer problems, that also means that I run all of my software programs as an administrator, maybe on newer versions of Windows there also are other problems, maybe related to the security of the operating system.
For example, this particular copy

Pennsylvania judge and friends win $291M Powerball jackpot
Who Da hell they think they talking too? This is fake that's why the universe allowed Michael Tipton case to happen. Cynthia o Connell and the head Musl guy got canned after 36 years. These guys must have security clearances to act as winners. They so full of $hyt who they think they playing with? It's a pattern with them Florida wins.

Crazy dream
I was shopping and noticed a blond woman kept following me real close and watching me. Finally, I asked her if she was a security guard. She said yes and the asked what was in my pockets so I showed her in my left pocket were my car keys and my right pocket was a safe driving check from Allstate for $271.00. WTH!

Florida woman gives away $43 million Lotto jackpot
It makes perfect sense for the lady to play, not least because she gets enjoyment from playing. It will give the couple more financial security, I believe they will keep some of the prize money. I also believe they will donate some to charity. Relatives and friends may benefit, now or in a future will. It would be better for the couple, if they could retain their privacy and distribute the money at their own pace.

Florida couple claims share of historic $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot
I get all that. But the article clearly stated, Their biggest concern is security, now that their identities are revealed . Apparently they did not want their identities revealed, but rules are rules. So Florida lottery decided to screw them just for cheap publicity, like they really need it. SMH.

Florida couple claims share of historic $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot
I don't get why they went public. They obviously know the risks and are concerned about their security. What in the world would make them wait this long to claim under a trust, then do the press conference? Is this something Florida requires?

First lawsuit in state lottery-fixing scandal seeks millions
If it does eliminate RNG draws, it will still be some time before that happens. Frankly, I'm not so sure it will happen, as Terry Rich pretty much said RNG's aren't going away during his Q A here. He said the focus will be on greater security. Who wants to keep playing RNG games while seeing how that works out? Glad I don't have any RNG games in Texas.

Great places to lay low after a jackpot win.
Same here. If they ignore the No Trespassing signs and somehow manage to overcome the state of the art security system and get through the door or windows and THEN avoid getting a fang hung in 'em from my shepherd, then I'm sure I'll be awake from the noise of the entry and the dog barking and they'll get two in the chest, one in the forehead. I'll then sue their next-of-kin for the price of the ammo and for the cost of getting the blood out of my carpet.

Georgia Lottery winner killed during home invasion
It's very sad that these things happen. When you win some decent money, your life changes forever. Security, safety must become first and foremost. The article says 3 masked men. hopefully one of them will talk.
