I like 9851 because I like 9751. Those $30 GA scratch offs look interesting. Amazing that GA has at least five $20 scratch offs. GA has 3 draws per day now. I'm not really trying to figure out what picks will play in GA. But GA been on that +1/-1 game. So you may want to start with that strategy. I would choose one pick from one of their draws for the day. Apply +1/-1 technology to it and play those picks for 3 days. Good luck with the move.
