Pick 4 lottery player wins $500,000
I had asked what system he might have used. I am going to research that. Maybe he used tntea's VTRACs or based it on whatever came out the 2nd Sunday in Februrary in Kentucky. A bigger question is: does he usually spend $100/drawing? Or was he really sure about that number on that drawing? I'm assuming that was the only number he called in.

how powerball drawing takes place
so i am a new PB player
a few weeks ago, i asked whether the balls are 'retired' at all (i.e. after each night's drawing), and apparently they are 'retired' and 'replaced' every 4 or so drawings... (please correct me if this is wrong)
i've actually never seen the televising of a drawing... how do the balls make their way into the 'pot'? are they dumped in on TV? if so, are they dumped in in any order? or when the camera shot comes on, does it already show the balls inside, or

Does hindsight have you frustrated?
I think the lucky for life game ended before the switch to computerized drawings. They stopped providing video of the ball drawings for a year or two before the switch though. It's the same problem with many state lotteries. The only drawing that is trustworthy is a televised ball drawing. Everything else is just a problem waiting to happen.

Lotto Silver
www.nhlottery.org is hinting that a highly populated state will be the first to try the Lotto Silver format, which is similar to Powerplay/Texas Megaplier except the multiplier is the same from drawing to drawing, and the jackpot prize is at least doubled. South Carolina has something similar in its Palmetto Cash 5.

do they replace the balls in powerball?
The sets are rotated every six draws. The balls are individually weighed prior to any drawing so as deter any tampering or malfunctions. They actually run *test* draws prior to the drawing to check for machine capability.

Michigan lottery winner managing to keep small profile
The winner saw the six winning numbers 18, 28, 31, 35, 41 and 47 on TV during the live drawing but didn't realize he had the winning ticket until he called a state lottery hot line the next day, according to the Michigan Lottery Web site.
What Live Drawing ????????????? When 6 typed numbers were displayed after the D3 4? You call THAT a drawing? Shame on you!
The state lottery hotline (800-822-8888) is a joke. If you try to call anytime from 45 minutes to about 3 1/2 hours after th

PI method
Alright, here's is the enhancement.
First, you wait untill you see a number that has it's mirrow in the same drawing.
Say, 803. 8 3 are mirrors.
So, what you do, is you wait untill either the mirrow of 8, or 3 appears in any following drawing. And, if that number is low, then you play the 500 numbers for a low first digit hit.
Example.
946 is drawn. So you wait untill you see the numbers 9 or 4 come up in any drawings. Eve and midd.
Say, the
